These terms govern purchases and use of norrgum.com, operated by NORR Energy Gum, Reykjavík, Iceland ("NORR", "we"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Prices are shown in USD (or ISK for Icelandic customers) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are stated before an order is confirmed. We may change prices at any time; the price valid at order confirmation applies.
Submitting an order request on the site is not yet a binding purchase. We confirm availability, total price, payment and delivery by email — a contract is formed when we send that confirmation and payment is completed.
Payment instructions are provided in the order confirmation email (card payment link or bank transfer). We never ask for card details by email.
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days internationally and 2–4 business days within Iceland. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. As a foodstuff, opened packs cannot be returned — but if anything is wrong with your order, we will replace it or refund you. Consumers in the EEA retain all mandatory statutory rights.
NORR contains caffeine (50 mg per piece). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 4 pieces (200 mg) per day. Excessive consumption of xylitol may have a laxative effect.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. These terms are governed by Icelandic law; venue is Reykjavík, Iceland. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
