Each piece contains 50mg of caffeine — roughly equivalent to half a cup of coffee. Most people find 1–2 pieces ideal.
How fast does it kick in?+
Caffeine from gum is absorbed through your mouth lining, typically within 5 minutes — far faster than drinks or pills.
Is it really sugar-free?+
Yes. NORR contains zero sugar and is sweetened with xylitol, which is actually beneficial for dental health.
How many pieces are in a pack?+
Each pack contains 10 pieces of gum, giving you up to 500mg of caffeine and plenty of energy on the go.

Where do you ship?+
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days internationally and 2–4 days within Iceland. Free shipping is included on all bundle orders.
What is your return policy?+
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. As a food product we can't accept returns on opened packs, but if something is wrong with your order we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Is NORR safe for everyone?+
NORR is safe for healthy adults. Not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 4 pieces (200mg) per day.
Can I use NORR before exercise?+
