Order requests: name, email, shipping address and order details — so we can fulfil your order.
Language preference: stored only in your own browser (localStorage), never sent to us.
We use your data solely to answer your messages, fulfil orders, and — if you subscribed — send occasional news and offers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Our website and form submissions are hosted and processed by Netlify, Inc. Data may be processed in the EEA and the United States under standard contractual safeguards.
We run no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice.
Messages and order records are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet bookkeeping obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or just write to us.
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Email norrgum@norrgum.com and we'll act on it promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
